Batch Foaming Machine (Bridge Type)
The Batch Foaming Machine is an economical and simple to operate for medium scale production of flexible P.U. Foam by discontinuous process in smaller building spaces.
The machine consists of a mixing tank with stirrer run by a 5HP motor controlled by timers. The mixing tanks has pneumatically operated bottom opening door for dispencing the mixed batch into the mould instantaneously. The moulds moving on wheels have to be kept underneath the mixer for dispencing and have to moved out manually for expansion and curing.
