This horizontal cutting machine is designed with 2 knife pullies of 500mm on which the cutting knife of 40mm width is running. The table is made up of strong steel frame with wooden table-top covered with abrasive paper to hold the blocks firmly.
The cutting head can be adjusted from 0 to 5 degree by swivelling the cutting frame for achieving the cutting of 2.50mm to 150mm thick sheets. The tensioned knife guide accomadates 40mm wide cutting knife which moves on 500 mm pullies. The knife can be continuously sharpened with the grinding attachment.
All electrical controls are incorporated into the panel board which is supplied read for operation it is an economically priced machine with motorised operation and electronic cutting thickness preselector table, motorised knife grinder etc. for an additional cost.
