Batch Foaming Plant
Used for medium scale production of Flexible P.U. Foam by discontinuous process in smaller building spaces.
Circular Cutting Machine/Horizontal Splitting Machine
A horizontal splitting machine with rotating table and is designed for high production. The machine is equipped with vacuum pump under the cutting zone to hold the blocks firmly.
Foam Shredding Machine
The foam shredder is used for making crumbs of P.U. Foam from waste for Rebonding and Pillow Filling. The machine can produce granule sizes from 5mm to 15mm as required.
Profile Cutting Machine
To cut the foam sheet with concave and convex shapes after passing in between two rollers.
Vertical Cutting Machine
The machine has been designed for cutting of flexible and rigid P.U. Foam blocks cutting to various shapes. Peeling Machine
The Machine is used for peeling of continuous sheet from flexible foam block.
Boring Machine
The machine is designed to drill centre bore in the block for loading it in the peeling machine.
